Refund policy

B YU will accept exchanges/replacements only (no refunds)  for Wax Melts or Journals that were damaged or lost during shipping. 

It is our priority to assure your Wax Melts and Journals arrive to you in the condition that is expected but we know that unfortunately there will be times that some items may become damaged during shipping. 

Instructions for wax melt exchange: If you receive damaged items please notify us within 48 hours after delivery. Send us an email to Sales@byucandles.com with photographs of the damaged items along with your order number.

If your item is lost or stolen, please email us within 24 to 48 hours after item was shown delivered through tracking confirmation. 

Once B YU has acknowledged your request for a replacement, you will have within 7 days to mail the damaged product to:

Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost for damaged product. B YU will send back the replacement item, of NO cost to you.
